Self-sufficient, climate-friendly, future-ready – Our Energy Approach

In many rural areas of Africa, access to stable electricity is far from guaranteed. Some regions are not connected to the power grid at all, and where connections exist, outages can last for hours or even days.

A reliable power supply is especially crucial for our health center. Two years ago, we were able to install and activate our own 16 kW transformer to meet these needs.

But our vision goes further: we aim to bring sustainable, independent solar energy into everyday life – for households, small businesses, and village infrastructure alike. Solar technology is the obvious choice in sun-rich Central Africa.

With the support of German expertise, local technicians are trained in sourcing, assembling, and maintaining solar systems – from simple lighting modules to complex battery-supported installations.

Our site manager, trained by experts, now shares his knowledge well beyond the boundaries of our village.
